Groups & seminars

Group composition: there should be no more than 10 students in each group.
It is important that people in the same group have the same technical level.
Duration of the sessions: we propose sessions of 2 or 2.5 hours.
Tests: at the end of the course, participants can take a medal test.

In small groups of 8 people, we offer an introduction to biathlon with laser or pellet rifles at the Pelvoux-Vallouise resort or in Vallouise at the cross-country ski chalet.

The ESF offers to organise competitions on request. Come and test your level in a giant or special slalom tournament.
The price will depend on the number of participants and the number of slope passages.

- Conference on avalanches (power point, photos)
- Conference on the history of skiing and the evolution of skiing equipment (exhibition of old ski equipment)
- Film on the professions linked to winter sports resorts (45min long)
- Avalanche dog rescue demonstration
- Avalanche victim search exercise with specific equipment (Avalanche transceiver)
